The Architectural Review Board makes certain any proposed changes to the exterior of structures already existing in the neighborhood or any proposed new structures conform to the Restrictive Covenants.
The Architectural Review Board makes certain any proposed changes to the exterior of structures already existing in the neighborhood or any proposed new structures conform to the Restrictive Covenants.
Additionally, the ARB provides guidelines for buildings and improvements on property. The HOA will utilize an approved paint color palette, fence designs, and architecture plan reflective of the cottage theme prevalent in our neighborhood.

ARB Members: The Architectural Review Board is made up of five Owners and one additional Owner will serve as an alternate in the case of a tie vote.

Appointment to ARB: ARB members are nominated from a list of homeowners who are willing to participate as an ARB member. One member per household may serve on the ARB (including the alternate member), in keeping with the one vote per lot general provision. Majority vote by HOA will constitute approval of appointment.
